There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Valley Springs: Partly cloudy today. Looks like high 50's today and the rest of the week. They had predicted 80's towards the end of the week, but looks like the jet stream changed its mind and is sending us some of that AK weather, that we thought we had escaped from.
Will get some more miles again today. Mesh gets put away, and back to leather jacket. Going to enjoy the "cooler" weather while we can. Won't be long before the 90's come and stay for awhile.

Looks like we'll be covering up everything we planted last weekend, for the next week here in southern WI. Freeze warning in place for tonight and frost warnings for all next week....YUK. Sounds like some rain and snow on Mothers Day with a high of 42*....again...YUK. Have a good weekend everyone!!

I remember those Minnesota fishing openers...they were usually the 2nd Saturday in May. Most were cold, rainy or snowy, and of course no fish. :roflblack: We did get to re-learn our camping and campfire skills though. :yes:

Today we are still getting snow flurries, temps in the 30's brrr. This morning there was about 1.5 inches of snow on lawn.
They are forecasting "freeze warnings tonight!
It feels like winter!

It is winter here ,- 3 c and snow on the ground . With the lock down and cold weather ,this spring sucks . Just trying to stay alive ,wish all to come out of this sane and healthy.

Valley Springs: Roller coaster weather here this week. Yesterday and today, rain and 40's. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. :roflblack:
Supposed to be more of the same the rest of the week, with one exception, temps will shift into mid to high 70's, with a CHANCE of rain.
Next Monday is supposed to be high 70's with sun.
We are finding the 7 day forecasts to be pretty much on the money here. At least they get that information right. Now, if they only had a master control panel. :roflblack:
We will probably dodge the showers from tomorrow on and get some more riding in.

Supposed to start warming up here too. 75 Sunday, 85 Monday. We’ll see. I don’t trust forecast here more than a few days out. Son wants to get the drone out and start shooting following videos for different rides for D3WR and YouTube. Did one on Iron Mt. rd going around the pigtail bridges from above among other things which turned out pretty cool.

Beautiful area. Last time there in May, it was snowing. :yes: I cancelled my Spyder rentals from the Rapid City dealer and drove in the cage instead.

Valley Springs, so far 10:00 AM. Almost 80 degrees. Partly sunny. Looks like another ride day. We will try to enjoy it for all of you who are still not riding regularly. Darn...I am loving N. W. Arkansas.
Coming up on one year ago today that we moved into the new home. We were at Dawson Creek, the start of the Alcan Hwy. in Canada (heading out forever), a year ago today.
