• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. :coffee: YES, Welcome to the Mighty month of MAY. Good ole Indiana is starting a little chilly.
Today's high will be only 56° F.....Saturday 65° F.....Sunday 71° F.
I Hope you are doing well and enjoying your time. Remember to Ryde Safe and Enjoy your Ryde Time.....

If you have a chance, give us your weather news......:ohyea:

Here in Wisconsin for the weekend, the skies are blue and high temps near 60. Planted some early vegetables in the garden, onions and potatoes, the rest will go in after next week. The Spyder is gassed up and is ready for some backroad adventures. Then shish kabobs on the grill when we get home. Sound like a plan?

My wife puts it like this " Yay yay The 1st of May, outdoor screwing starts today"...:roflblack: LOL, Apparently her mom used to say it.....We're off to a great start here in southern WI. Sunny and 50* at 9am with a high in the mid 60's expected today, and sunny and low 70's for the weekend....Fingers and toes are crossed:2thumbs:

Utah is predicted to be cloudy with a slight chance of rain in the northern part of the state. 50s in the morning and 70s in the afternoon in the north,70s in the morning and 90s in the afternoon, so if you want to visit Southern Utah now is the time or wait till next fall.

The sun is shining, temperature is in the mid-70s. Too bad I gotta work. I am going out to help with the gas glut now. I need to burn through about 5 gallons today. It ain't much, but I am doing my part. It is a hard job, but somebody has to do it!

And here in South Australia, the driest State on the driest continent short of the Antarctic, we've got RAIN!!

Slow, gentle, steady, RAIN!! :ohyea: After quite a few years of drought interspersed with the odd highly erosive & damaging flood, this is GOOD Rain, at least so far..... maybe that'll be a different story in 40 days or so, but for now, it's looking good.

Not exactly great for Ryding tho. :sour: Even without my little Supervisor Max the Miniture Maltese to tell me I'm nuts & baulk at ryding in the rain, I've missed a few morning rydes - temps in the low teens °C & getting all soggy ryding on wet roads just isn't quite so appealing if there's nowhere out there to ryde to with a fire & a hot coffee available that's still open... :spyder: So until places like that start opening up again, my morning rydes might be shorter and fewer for now. :( Ahh well, it looks like a relaxation of our lockdown rules is getting closer, so maybe in a coupla weeks?! :dontknow:

Stay Healthy, Ryde Safe! :2thumbs:

Valley Springs: Woke up to blue skies, sunny and 70 degrees. Looks like we will top out in the 80's.

Another nice day...

Storms moving in the next couple days. They are predicting severe again.

Saw at least 100 motorcycles. No Spyders, and one Slingshot.

Most were driving in packs of 10 to 20.

Rainy Days

:coffee: Today only 60° and rain this evening. Tuesday 53° and all day rain. :gaah:
I guess we need some. ...

Beautiful 70* weekend with sunny skies. Now the 10 day forecast says below normal temps. Looks like we're in for a stretch of 50's again. Cool......NOT cool! :gaah:

Went for a short ride yesterday before the hail and rain hit yesterday. Supposed to be rainy here the next several days to probably no riding for awhile.

This pass weekend the temps were near 70!

Then this week the temps in the 40's and 50's partly sunny!

Deanna

Rained off and on all day. Tonight, another round of severe storms and tornado watches. They are one county to the West this time.

So far, so good....... 80s and 90s during the day. Only problem is the love bugs so thick you gotta clean the front grill out about every 500 miles or they will plug off the air intake.

Back in the 50's this week with a hard freeze being forecast for Friday night......just when we got a bunch of plants in the ground...
