• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking for a wiring adapter for non BRP trailer

This week I will be picking up a brand spanking new 2015 RT-S Special Series red pearl/black.:yes::2excited: I am having the dealer install and wire in a BRP hitch. However, if I understand things right the plug is meant only for a BRP trailer. I don't plan on spending 3-4K on a trailer. Is there an adapter that will work for a standard 4 or 5 pin trailer? Thanks for the help.

The BRP stock wiring harness is a square 4 connector. Somewhere on this forum I was told to order one of these:

[h=1]Hopkins 11147975 4-Pole Square Connector Set; 24 in.[/h]
I bought it from Amazon and was cheap <$5 plus shipping. Just need to connect to flat 4 plug in my case. If your trailer is a flat-5 you will need a 4-5 wire adaptor as well.

I had the same problem. Got the other end off eBay for about 7 bucks. Then wired that to a flat 4 wire that plugs into the trailer. Works great
