• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamonster BBQ

Actually several of us have some of the same trip planned. We are leaving June 9 going through south Dakota to see lots in the Custer area. On to Yellowstine via Wyoming down to Jackson Hole then down to Albuquerque and 4 corners then arriving in Durango for BRP event. Looks like close to two weeks on the road since we added Durango stop. Let me know when you are going. And maybe we can meet up on the way

SpyderLady, would have love to join you and we were hoping that those dates would have worked for us but that time frame just didn't work. We have two wedding to attend and not enough time to get that in. We're looking at doing vacation in July now. But would be nice to have other Ryder's join in.

So Richard,
You aren't heading to Durango at all this year?

So Richard,

Steve yes we plan to do that route this summer just not able to do it in June. Judy and I are planning about the same trip that
SpyderLady is doing only Judy wants to see more of Utah. So coming out of Yellowstone we will go north to south threw Utah.
Funny thing is, we did that trip four years ago and said that doing it on a bike would be the greatest way. So came home and
got a Spyder! Anyway we were planning this trip before BRP said they would have owners meet there. We had our fingers crossed
that dates would work out but didn't. But you don't always get your way as you know. So given that our son is getting married and all my employees have gotten their vacations down in June we cant make that date. But we just set our dates for two weeks in July. Starting our road trip on the 21st. It's going to a little hotter in some places but we can do it. Looking forward to a great ride out west and just taking our time.
If anybody would like to join us, Hey more the marrier.

Lamonsters BBQ & Hotel

I just talked to Misty (sweet lil thang!) at the Jameson Inn (their web site is down) and found out something very interesting. Someone (Lamonster?) has arranged a special rate for the "Spyder Motorcycle Event" of about $67 per night. We're booked in. This will be our first Lamnoster BBQ and are really looking forward to it. We are leaving Wednesday and making some tourist stops on the way there from Charlotte, but any attendees ryding back on Sunday, we would be happy to caravan back to Charlotte.
