Rates given to Spyderlovers from the Greene Co. tourism dept. working with the motels on our behalf, they are also working on local resturant dicounts. Soon as I get them I'll post. When you call tell them your with Spyderlovers.

Glad I was reading through this thread again tonight. Have to call the Jameson tomorrow to get the special rate!! Have had the reservations since January, I think, but will definitely call for the reduced rate. We are so looking forward to this and meeting all of you!!

We'll bring some wine!!

Can you provide a list of things that attendees can bring or do that would help minimize your costs and efforts? Food, supplies, ingredients, alcohol, mixers, paper products, labor?

Just made reservations at the Comfort Inn in Greeneville Tn. Wed night thru Sat. morning (3 nites)
Since Gretchen will not be making this trip, there is an extra bed available. Cost would be- $126.00 includes taxes.
