• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. BBQ

Lamont is in Durango. I'm sure when he gets back he will be posting info on the BBQ. I do know that your hubby's two wheeler will be allowed.

Any one headed to Lamont's BBq from New England (850 miles), debating (with myself again) on leaving Wednesday morning stopping half way down (400 - 500 miles) then on to destination Thursday morning. Staying thru Saturday/Sunday then head back with stay over again on the way back.

Lamont,
Given that this thing may have grown beyond the original concept... How can we help?

Can you provide a list of things that attendees can bring or do that would help minimize your costs and efforts? Food, supplies, ingredients, alcohol, mixers, paper products, labor?

:agree: :agree:

A little late, but not out,...

Hey all,

My wife, Laura, and I are looking to make the road trip to our first Lamonster BBQ in Sept. We will be making the drive down (...and west) from Baltimore MD. We are planning to leave town on Wednesday so we can be there for work day.

Is this thing still a go? I don't see it on the calendar, and I can't seem to find the "official" thread with all the particulars.

Im really looking forward to meeting this community since we couldn't make any of the other owner events. You all sound like a great group, so if anyone could help me out with some details, I would really appreciate it.

Planning to stay at the Jammison if they have any rooms left.

Thanks --Pete
