• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is this tire also known as the Kuhmo AST KU25? Getting ready to put a new sneaker on the wife's ST and the OEM wore out at 5500 Thanks

HALF n HALF

Any truth that a dealer won't mount anything other than the Kenda?

HALF-n-HALF....
ask your dealer... if they won't, look elsewhere... i've had NO problems, and i've mounted 9 non-OEM tires on my various SPYD3Rs....

I found one they just want a waiver signed because it's not OEM but the mounting, balancing and install they will stand behind, not the tire. So I've ordered a Kuhmo tire. Thanks

Head over to Maddies in Dansville, there only 25 minutes from you. They should take care of you. If not, I had the Kuhmo installed by Filers Powersports in macedon up towards me. I'd be glad to help with transport if needed!

Hey Brentec we talked year I had a white Victory Cross Foundry Tour and my wife has a 2014 Cam Am ST I sold my Victory and bought a 2016 RT Limited from Filers in Macedon. And they will put a Kuhmo on the RT. I'm not to upon Maddies even after buying nothing my Victory and St from them, long story. If your down this way over the summer we need yomeet up

Definitely

Sounds good, love riding through your area. We will have to connect this summer and take a spin.

M kumho came ups yesturday. now waiting for it to warm up on my day off to take to the shop for mounting. They are charging 100 to do the complete job. Not sure if that is out of line but I'm going to give him a chance and see how he does on a simple thing just in case I need him for big stuff.

Almost forgot

Make sure you mention to the tech at filers about putting the valve stem back in same position it came off. Mine was spun 180 degrees from correct position and now valve is even more difficult to get to when trying to add or adjust air pressure.

You might also want to know....

Will do Thanks

.....that your dealer will most probably inflate the Kumho to 28 - 32 lbs. This is way to much for your tire on a Spyders. A car tire is way stronger than a Kenda "bicycle" tire... (check your bicycle, kenda is the tube/tire supplier to 95% of thoses tires)....start with a pressure of 20 - 22lbs it will be more than enough....
