• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Installing Xenon LED headlight

Unless you remove the headlamp housing, it's a struggle.

Remove speedo/tach. Reach in and remove boot, spring clip then bulb. Finding someone with small hands would help.

The new bulbs come with a cable and has heat sink ribbons and make for a difficult install. I unplugged most of cable. There is one part that you unscrew lock ring. Fit bulb down into socket and work spring clip over back of bulb and clip. I used hemostats to grab seat sink ribbon and push boot over 'stats and ribbon. Then worked cable through boot. Wrapped boot around outside of socket.

Plugged everything together and tie-wrapped cables so they don't shake around.

Opened heat sink ribbon

Cable connection on back of bulb that the spring clip has to be forced over.
