• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

installing volt meter gauge

activated the digital fuel and temp gauges on my rt-s last winter. ordered a digital volt gauge and was wondering if I use the existing wires from the fuel gauge would it deactivate my digital fuel gauge on the dash. suppose I should just run separate wires?

I tied mine into those wires and it works but you do not get as accurate a reading as going back to the battery. Any voltage draws that are on that circuit will lower the reading.

I installed a digital voltmeter were the gas Gage would be on my RT using the power lead, probably the light and I see no voltage drop. When running I show 14.5v on the display. Thats the normal voltage when running. It did not mess up my digital dash at all.

Use the existing wiring, if you run off the battery you will have a constant drain unless you put an on/off switch and don't forget to turn it off.
