There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Installed auxiliary lights & now have FM radio static - any RF Resistors to fix this?

Hey all,
I installed some fender auxiliary lights on the fenders on my S2S. I powered them by routing the wires to the right side powered accessory connection. I believe there is now some electrical interference, as immediately after, my FM radio reception was nothing but static. FM reception was fine (as can be expected) prior to the light connection. Is there any type of RF resistor I can solder inline to remove this interference? Just affects FM reception. Thanks for any input.

LED lights will cause FM radio interference. You can try putting a choke on the wires but it may not help. They are available on amazon really cheap. Basically a magnet that clamps on to the wires. You might even have an electronic device in your home with one you can remove and try before you buy.

Years ago when I had SpyderPops install fog lights in my 2017 F3 L it also interfered with my FM radio. With the fog lights off the reception was back to normal. I called SpyderPops and he sent me some type of kit to install and it solved my problem. It sounds like you have the same problem as I did. Either call SpyderPops or Lamonster Garage as I believe they have the kit your looking for. Hope this helps.
