• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Info Sheet for Radio, XM and CB

Upon delivery of BR1, my dealer gave me an information sheet, issued by BRP, on how to program my RT radio, XM and CB. It is seperate from the owners manual and has more detailed instructions on how to operate these options.

It is called: QUICK REFERENCE BOOKLET: ROADSTER ELECTONIC COMMAND CENTER (RECC) AND INFOTAINMENT CENTER

Infotainment is not misspelled, that is what is printed on the sheet. If you did not get one with your RT, ask your dealer. This has been very helpful to me.
 
No part number, Bob. I looked before I sent out the info. However, it was printed by BRP so dealers should know what they are....and when my dealer gave it to me, she said "here is your radio infomation sheet" and did not seem like it was anything out of the ordinary...

Joe, you got the same scoot as I did. Ask your dealer next time you are there. You should have gotten the sheet!

Rando, I thought this sheet went with ALL RT Spyders that had radios...the A/C and -S and Limited.

Hey, dealers, copy these sheets and make sure all Spyder radios get one....

Mine was in the little plastic bag that contained my iPod and MP3 cables.

Yeah, Scotty, I think you are right. I don't actually remember (old guy) but the dealer must have taken it out of the Spyder and handed it to me with an explanation...
