• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Infant helmet

I hope you take this advice serious but there is NO WAY I would even think about taking a 1 year old on a bike!!! Give it a few more years, I would maybe consider a 7 year old or above...

No,no, no, no, no, no no! Please, please don't do this!!! You cannot control traffic, and you would be crushed if anything bad happened.

This video is about the only thing I would even consider for a little kid.

Let me ask you a question didn't we once have this conversation a few months back?
Correct me if I'm wrong.
The person who considered the same thing was reemed a new muffler, I would strongly advise against your plans to go onto the streets with your child.
Like others stated the little ones neck muscles are too weak to bare the weight of a motorcycle helmet...nojoke

I remember the same post. It was 6 months to a year ago. Holy cow, people really got heated over this topic. I agree that a one year old is not developed enough for a helmet. My 10 year old son loves to ride on my spyder. Whether or not any child should be ridding a motorcycle is subjective. In a wreck, any child is going to get hurt. Using good judgment regarding when, where and how you ride can make the experience relatively safe. I avoid high traffic and high speeds with my son ridding.

welcome
I think it was someone looking to put a child car seat on the bike. Easy y'all it was just an idear. I was going to look into the rules and regs of the road. I just don't see the big difference between being strapped to me and being in a car seat both with a 5 point harness. His car seat doesn't really have much there to stop his head from going side to side. Just backwards as my chest would prevent that, the only difference is that his seat id reclined a bit. Don't worry i'm gonna wait but it didn't seem that bad.
YOU ARE THE SAME GUY AREN'T YOU... IF SO SELL YOUR SPYDER AND TURN IN YOUR HELMET...IF YOU WEAR ONE!

Nope not me, like I said before the only post I remember, not sure if it was on this site or the other was about a car seat mounted to the spyder.
