• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

If you won something at the Lamonster BBQ post here

WWhhoooaaaa Yeeaaaahh!!

I won the $500 gift Certificate donated by ISCI.

My jaw dropped when I opened it and saw how much.
Thanks for a great BBQ Lamonster

I actually won a pink t-shirt, traded that for a red one, then traded that for an oil filter.......I'm so happy...

I'd also like to thank all the vendors for their contributions, Ron, Lamont and his family for all the work that went into putting on this great get-together. THANKS

Here are some of the things I liked most about this gathering.

*People came to see the RT, (Impressive machine) but that was not the primary reason.

*People enjoyed the great give-a-ways provided by NMN and ISCI, but that's not why they came.

*People LOVED the BBQ (and it was delicious and a big portion) but that isn't what brougt SpyderLovers in droves.

*Everyone raved about the beautiful drive and great view, but that was just an extra benefit to coming.

*One came to do gymnastics on a lawn chair (great moves)

*One came to walk on water (needs some work)

*One SpyderLover found the ditch next to the driveway (dispite our best efforts).

But none of these are the PRIMARY reason we all came, nor are any of these going to be the Primary reason we come again next year.

It was the great fellowship of a very diverse group with a common purpose that came together, just to come together. No pretext, no pretense, just great fun!

We simply enjoyed each other. No pressure, no agenda, no stress. That's what made this event so special and different than any other I've ever been to.

It was PURE FAMILY!

Thanks again everyone! You made the event special.

Was not a winner of a door prize, but we feel like winners anyway for being able to meet so many WONDERFUL people. This was our first time ever doing anything like this had no idea what to expect. Thank you to Lamont and his family for opening there home to us and making us feel like we belonged. There we're so many great people there and I am sorry that all of their names do not come to me right now. We really did enjoy and are looking forward to the next time we can all get together.:chat:

Thank You again to all

I won an oil filter. Thanks, BaJa Ron!:2thumbs:

You are very welcome. I know it's not much but it's about the only thing I have that is Spyder Specific.

I hoped to have O-Rings and Copper Washers to go with the filters but they didn't arrive soon enough. I was actually hoping they were on the UPS truck the day of the BBQ.

They will be in sometime this week. So if anyone that won an Oil Filter needs the O-Ring and Copper Washers let me know, give me an address to ship to and I'll get them out to you.

It was a great time, wasn't it? It's one of those events where you truly feel sorry for those that couldn't be there.

Ron, thanks for the offer of washers and O ring, but I do have extras. Just wanted to thank you for work in helping to put this altogether. We had a great time !!! Larry and Georgia

It was all good! I just felt blessed to have been part of it all. I know Lamont was glad to see each and every one of you and so was I.

I won one of the BRP caps and SpyderDeb won the hi-vis green t-shirt. More importantly, as all have said, was the comraderie.

Amazing or what: we met one of the guys from GA that asked where in MN we're from as he noticed the MN license plate. Turns out he worked with/for a guy we had met at a bike event in Minneapolis precisely two weeks before the day of the picnic. We're both a long ways from our respective homes, in rural East Tennessee, at a gathering of 150 - 200 people - whoda thunk! Thanks, Cliff, for introducing yourself!
