Idea for floorboards

So I have this great idea to make floorboards that will allow one to rest their feet on a floorboard, not require anything like the breaks to be moved, and at the same time allow the foot peg position to remain. Anyone know who I could talk to and get these made? Basically, it is a rather simple design, kind of a cross between the one's I recently saw on eBay and posted elsewhere (the new ones being talked about that only can handle 200 pounds) and the other ISCI ones that are over $800.

You could try a local machine shop. Just dont be suprised at spending over 800 bucks. I showed my isci boards to a machinist and he said they couldnt have made something that elaborate for that cheap.
