• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I THINK I GOT A GOOD DEAL

I've been looking for a rt622 trailer for about 6 weeks now. Tried buying from a fellow SL member but his bank wouldn't work with us. So I kept looking and looking, finally was about to give up hope for a good deal. Then it happened, found a dealer only 2 hours from me that has a 2010 trailer NEW STILL IN THE CRATE! They are repacking the bearings due to time in storage and I pick it up this coming Tuesday. Price $1700.00. I am a happy camper.

Repacking the bearings? I did not think you can do this on the 622?

Maybe I read the service manual wrong but as I recall you have to replace the entire hub as even the bearings are not replacable. I do not have my service manual handy right now to verify.

Don't know, their service guy said they would repack them. Guess I'll find out Tuesday.

When the bearing are shot, you have to replace the unit as per the manual.
But part of the regular maintenance is checking the hub's grease and adding as needed.

So just adding grease to the cap not removing the bearings and doing a proper repack?

Amazing..!!

Seek and you shall find..!! And you did. Congrats on success and a killer deal...:2thumbs: that is for both side and wheels...:roflblack:

Congrats. That is a steal of a price.

On the bearings topic... that would be a great write up topic for the How To section... I would, but I have zero knowledge and am in need of at least checking our bearings on our RT622 but not sure how to go about it...

I'm not saying that's a proper repack.
Just that is what's called for in the maintenance manual.
