 Well glad the vin is good but the limiteds come with bags & floorboards, I dont even see the brackets in your pic:dontknow: Plz make sure the dealer is not screwing with you:yikes: They aint cheap & suppose to color match nojoke They are options for the STS here is a quick list I found:The Vin number comes up as an ST limited I guess bags and footboards were two different options Least that's what the dealer told me that I called
 That's a really nice-lookin' bike!
Here's to lots of "Miles & Smiles"!
Was just wondering if there is any modifications to get a little bit a rumble out of it not looking for a horse power just a slight increase in sound so the deer and the people can hear you little better, for example when I Have My Rd., King classic I put a slave to slip on mufflers just increase a little bit of noise not a lot
Well, they can be made to somewhat sound like a harley. They tend to sound sort of like a Vrod with the right pipe.. But I know what you mean. In fact, some harley riders will not even consider the Vrod a harley, even though it is the only really fast one that they have. These bikes will never sound like a Harley...
If you kick around with the search feature, and look for exhaust videos; you can get a pretty good idea of how they'll sound.
Does anybody know the part number for the oil change kit for my spyder
I thought the same thing when I saw it. Those look like earlier fenders to me. Our 14 has the center rib going down them. That black front end seems like it should be white also, shouldn't it?NICE!! Those front fenders are different also but I like the white on black.[emoji106]
That is not a limited. Make sure the VIN on the frame matches the title/registration. Wouldnt be the first time a dealer has issued the wrong title. The base ST has the old style fenders. Something doesnt sound right if the dealer is telling you the VIN says its a limted. You better look a little deeper into it.
Yep puts a smile on my faceIf you like the bike, and you're happy with the price: ride it with a smile on your face!

I will have to disagree on the valve check. I just had mine done at 14,000 miles and 7 of the 8 valves were too tight. I know a few others that had the same situation. I guess it's up to you on if you want to roll the dice.Another word of advice. Don't let them sell you the valve check service recommended at 14,000 miles. It will cost you $800 or so additional. The valve checks are mostly not needed. Dealers know this, and sometimes charge for doing the service even though they do not touch a wrench.
I did the service at 14K on one :ani29: and 28K on another. Neither needed any valve adjustments. I am not even considering it on my final two cylinder until at least 50K--if then.
The newer 1330's do not require periodic valve check maintenance.
