Well, the long wit and dreaming is over! I got my 2011 RS Pearl White today! Took it around town for 60 miles worth of fun, and couldn't be happier! Unfortunately my accessories haven't come in yet, so that will happen sometime next week, but for now, I'm still grinning ear to ear!

I'll post pics when I get my accessories on, as it's all stock right now... yet amazingly fun still!

Looking forward to meeting more Texas riders and getting out to events!

I even was a nice guy and bought my wife a Shoei helmet ([ame="http://www.amazon.com/Shoei-Goddess-Qwest-Motorcycle-Helmet/dp/B0042R55R0"]http://www.amazon.com/Shoei-Goddess-Qwest-Motorcycle-Helmet/dp/B0042R55R0[/ame]) and we went for a few miles together. WAY different with two on it, but fun.

Just took my daughter (17) out for a ryde too and she loved it as well!

I feel like I could ryde it all night, so it's hard parking it, even if I know I'm waking up early for another ryde

:congrats: I got my '08 Spyder GS not too long ago and I try to ryde it every chance I get.

Tip for cleaning: I recommend buying Pledge Wipes which you can use on all parts of the Spyder. Plexus for the windshield with microfiber (not paper towels!). Lucas Spray & Wax for waxing. Before I use the Pledge Wipes, I rinse off the bike with a low pressure wash to remove any loose dirt. I got all this info off this awesome forum. I also use the XPS spray cleaner & polish from Can-Am to get the hard stuff cleaned that the pledge doesn't pick up.
