Including 200,000 + miles on BMWs. Wife had decided she wanted to ride, but at 4'10" her options were limited. In 08 Spyders came out, she got one, we built it into a touring ryde (I of course had to try each mod for does it work). So when i was taken out by Lyme, during recovery i still wanted to ride, and a limited knee, i knew an option - hence the 15 RT, trading the Beemer. While i do at times miss the leans and the passenger nap-ability of the Beemers, the comfort and lower risk (tar snakes, gravel lots, sand in corners) of the Spyder has made it a keeper.
