• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I HATE SNOW

One word, "snowmobiling".
More coming, to those that can enjoy the winter. Part of the new England seasons. The winter goes by too fast for us. Was that more than one word ?

well so far we have about two inches of the white stuff. they are saying that we can end up with 12 inches of it today. i used to love going out and spending time in the snow, but lately i have been full of pains. on monday i went for a MRI of my neck, and found out some of the pains i have are herniated disks in my neck, pressing on the cord. the doctor also said they are in a place that is too dangerous to do anything about. i asked about shots that might help, and again he said too dangerous. lucky for me he gave me pain pills for it. so later when i do the snow, i will take a pill if i am hurting, and zone out the rest of the day.
Redfield NY.. 122 inches last week alone. Move up there for one of those weeks, 2 inches will be a joy. We had our annual 'Great Eastern Whiteout' vintage snowmobile affair this weekend 2/11-2/12, Not enough ice on the lake to race & not enough snow on the trails for our breakfast ride this morning. We are getting freezing rain & snow right now though.

It is snowing in my area now.

I am ok, I have all the necessities for the snow storm. Looks like I'll get 8 to 12 inches of snow, by the time snow storm stops on Monday night. :banghead:

Go South

San Antonio isn't bad - 88 yesterday - a little too warm for February but we're not complaining. Today overcast and 79 - almost sweater weather!

Just for kicks I checked the forecast for Watertown CT where I used to live 10-12", down here in the land of Galax 70's and windy.

Five inches of snow on the ground right now, and it's still snowing pretty hard...
We probably will have another five inches or so to go, before this stops :gaah:
The Missus is out running her old snowblower, and I'm on my way, with the "Tool of Ignorance".

Around 6" here so far. However, it's not the heavy wet crap they were saying we'd get. At least not yet.
I'll go Plow certain clients around 6pm, than do them all tomorrow morning.
