• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How much should it cost to hook up to BUD

I'v got to take my Spyder to the Dr. this morning. Sometimes it just doesn't want to start. I can turn it off and on for about 10 min. until it decides to turn over. Sometimes I get the check engine and I just keep turning it on and off till the check engine light goes off and it will start. Battery is fine. Relays and fuses are fine. Leak in exhaust.?

Could be a sensor that is bad, or a loose connection on the battery terminals or starting motor or something more in depth wrong. For sure best to take it to the dealer since you tried the obvious. Not sure on the price for a BUDS connection, but they'll get you sorted.

Please feel free to keep us updated on what they find out.
Cheers and good luck.

BUDS shouldn't cost anything. However, they will probably charge you for time involved in diagnosing your problem unless it is a warranty issue. Depends on the dealer, I guess.

It cost me $11 to have them connect up and reset the torque and steering angle sensor. This will vary dealer to dealer.

Once you are into your BEST, you will need to pay up to the first $50. Otherwise, the warrenty should cover everything.

I don't have a warrenty

but Ride Now in Ocala did it for free. Of course I'll be back because I own a Spyder.:spyder:Seems I have a problem with the cluster
