• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

How Long to Get Docs for Best Extended Insurance Coverage

Picked Up New RT-S on May 6th and have not yet received anything from BRP or Best Warranty and Roadside coverage. How long should it take?

The B.E.S.T. is attached to the VIN# so if you had an issue on the road and needed a tow you have coverage by your VIN#...

That said... I think we got ours in about 7-8 weeks time.. Put the card in the frunk and that was that...:D:spyder2:

It typically takes 30-90 days. Check with your dealer, though, to be sure your warranty was properly registered. Mine wasn't.

Bought our RT 29 April and my extended insurance stuff showed up last week. STILL waiting for secret decoder ring from BRP.

Bought RTs and BEST Extended warrantyon April 29 and nothing from BRP yet .Actually only thing I received was JD Power and BRP survey how my buying experience was.

I got towed on the Best Plus dime before I received the docs. Just phoned them and quoted my VIN. It's on their computer once you are registered.

Did you get a copy of the contract? That's your proof of coverage until your card arrives. 60-90 days is normal for the card to come.

Thanks for the info, did not know that . I have CAA PLUS coverage that will take care of towing the :f_spider: to get fixed if need be.

60 to 90 days is a nice number but in my case very unrealistic. Received the Best policy in that time but the BRP items took almost 9 months. Got my welcome package by UPS yesterday. Registered the :spyder: last September. Already handed out 2 of the information cards at the golf course yesterday. The:spyder2: always draws a crowd. Had some of the cards with me and two from the group of questioners wanted them. One other asked where they could go for a test drive. Gave him the dealers name but not sure about a test drive. Have to inquire on that next time I visit them.
