• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Did you buy new or used? If used, why would BRP contact you anyway? They may not even know that you bought their product.

I don't think that most of us in this thread were talking about surveys only, I know that I wasn't. I was talking about BRP at least acknowledging my purchase of one of their products. Like every single other vehicle manufacturer has on every other vehicle that I have ever purchased in my life.
Are all your other vehicles cars and/or light duty trucks? I can’t imagine a manufacturer other than those who would make a call, send a letter, or a card to the buyer.

The one that I mentioned is a Kawasaki MC and I received correspondence from Kaw within two weeks of buying the bike.

I also received correspondence from the manufacturer of the motorhome in a timely manner after purchase.

Like many above, I purchased new from a dealer, a new 2020 RTL. Two years later, I traded for a 2022 F3L Special, and just lately, I traded for a 2024 F3L Special - all with no communication from the Mother Ship...
