High mounted stop light-RT

I've seen several RTs with a stop light "bar" tucked into the indentation in the top of the trunk lid.......which looks like it was made just for that space......because it IS.

Alas, I can't seem to find out where to get them.
At one time, I thought it was a BRP product but can't find it on their web site.

Any help in locating them would be appreciated.

There are a couple different models available from SL Site Sponsor Value Accessories as well as others called the High Mount Tail light (HMT)

or Multi Function Rear LED below
I got the MultiFunction and am very happy with it. Installed myself, worst part was thinking of drilling the hole to pass the wires in.

Mine is both a running and stop light. It adds a lot to visibility and looks like it came with the bike (and probably should have).

I got a kit from them.
They are good folks.
But I'm just not very impressed with the look of their aux. brake light.

I did use their mirror mounted LED turn signal strips though.

Value Accessories has the one that I have. Click on the link from the first response to your post. Mine was purchased and installed when the bike was new and came from the light manufacturer to the dealer as an accessory It is just a plain light bar with chrome trim on the top. No turn signals, just running and brake. Hope that helps you out......

NO.
The one I want had an all red lens and a chrome strip on the top....I think.
That picture looks like white plastic around the outside but maybe it is not.

I got their kit and decided that it isn't right for me.
I will sell it......at half the retail price for anybody who wants one.

What you are describing is exactly what I have. It is also what DGOEBEL suggested in his post to you. It is a Genesis High Mount 36LED brake/running light. Made by Custom Dynamics and sold by several dealers including Value Accessories. Click on DGOEBELs link. Retail is $199.00. If you have something else in mind then It is not clear what that is.....
