I bought an after market HID kit. It was plug and play so I didn't have to cut any wires. When I started the bike after putting them in the first time it was fine. Later I went to restart it and it would not start, the bike would almost start then stall. A couple of times I got warning codes on the dash but turning off the key and back on and all was normal. I know it's the draw of the HID's causing this as if I pull the headlight relay the bike starts fine. I put the bike on a charger for a few minutes and it started and I went for a 47 mile ride doing about 50. I got home and after and hour when to start the bike again and got the same issue. If I pull the headlamp relay and start the bike and rev it to about 6,000 rpm and have a friend put back in the relay while it reved the bike seems to hold started. So is it maybee i just need a full battery charge (I thought the 47 mile ride would have done it) or do I need something else?? My ballasts are NOT digital. Would digital ballasts solve this issue??? Thanks
