• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hey ALL Of You SpyderQuesters!

This will be my first Spyder event ... Looking forward to it .... Anything special I need to know?
During that time of year, some of the trees will start to turn colors( a very few) Defiantly check the weather, and book hotel/motel early. Also stay tuned to this site for information on Spyderquest or pm Randy Arntufun ( see his Avatar Slingshot) Next years Spyderquest will be my 3rd one. Deanna

I LOVE the MSW trip in Amish country. I expect to return the favor in the spring.

Me too, we had a great weekend. Beautiful country and a great, friendly group of riders. I'd be game for another trip down to PA in the spring.

But.... there is almost nothing compared to the Adirondacks in September !! SpyderQuest 2015 !!

Deanna, Randy has stepped to the sideline for this year and the rest of the Spyderquest team is moving forward to make the event even better than ever. It is hard to make the best event in the country even better, but already there are some major improvements to the event, one of which is that the vendors will be there the entire time, (Wednesday to Sunday) and others I will release at a later date and some in the works. Randy will be missed, but fortunately we are set up as a pending not for profit group that has bylaws and elections, so it is easy to move forward, however a tough pair of shoes to fill. Randy will be missed, but maybe he will lead a ride or something else, his call at some point.

If you guys come down to the Amish area let me know. I live not far away and have been going there several times a year for over 30 years. I'd be a good tour guide, if I'm in town.

Can someone PM me vendor info? We are planning on being there!
We are in the process of reworking the application form and will get you the info at that point. PM me with your info (name, email, and phone number) and I will get you on the list. Thanks Ron.

You're on !
No reason why we can't do both.

Collective Web

As always, we will be there. This will be our third time at Spyder Quest.:clap: We plan to stretch it out in 15. We are doing the whole week Sunday to Sunday. Going up to Canada first spent a couple days there and then come back to Lake George for the Spyder Quest event. Hope to see some old friends, always happy to meet new ones.:yes:

It's official, my father in law is an official harley convert - he picked up his 2014 RT Limited today after he traded in his past pride and joy! I'm already anxious for September!

His handle is " Wayne T" and here's his bike!! His first Farkle... Drink holder!

Hey, another Spyder rider.

Welcome Wayne T, see you at SpyderQuest 2015.

Here we're getting 4 inches of snow in the next 24 hours....:yikes::yikes::yikes:
And my Spyder is at the dealer, i sure hope it melts. I still need to drive it back.:helpsmilie:

Jon, I'll PM you later...

Looks like i will be bringing up a few riders from the Gatineau Spyder Club.
Hopefully more information on SpyderQuest will be available soon.:yes:

How about starting a thread on who's going as soon as registrations open?

Glad you are able to share the fun with your local riding club as it seems the are several groups that are doing the same thing. As far as info, will be having a Spyderquest team meeting on 12/7 and should be able to get some event information out after, but ride info will not be available tell the registration form comes out in late may. And as the last two year, there will be a thread posting whom has registered after registration start, this is our way to confirm to you we have received your registration.:yes::yes:

GEL is booked

Just booked the GEL for Sept. 9 to 12, this is my first post and will be our first Spyder Event and the longest planned trip taken on our spyder to date. We have a 2014 RTS, purchased in April of 2014. We managed to put 5,280 km on this passed summer and looking for new adventures for next year. :yes:The 6 inches of snow outside makes the riding season seam a long way off, so what better way to pass the time but to plan a road trip for next year! We will be registering for Spyderquest as soon as the registration forms are available.

A shameless bump to keep this great event in sight.

Any further word.
The event team do such a great job. I'm already booked at GEL. I'd like to be sure I register as soon as possible.
