Bob, I don't understand your use of the word 'cull' in this context. But, I wish he had been culled from the human herd much earlier...

Yes, now I remember hearing something along those lines. Good for her. More and more victims are now being recognized and remembered because of legislation against crime being passed bearing their names. :thumbup:
