• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Heard of some who had no joy trying to start without their foot on the brake even if the bike was in Neutral!! Might be worth a try... certainly won't hurt it ;)

I would try hooking up jumper cables from car to the bike and see if it starts then. May be just a bad battery.

Agree..!!

start by jumping with car. This will tell you if its connections, starter switch or battery. Check main fuse and the rest while your there. Hope its just loose connections...

If it is a low battery it will click and the screen will go blank. So not the battery. When you put your foot on the brake did the brake lights go on?

Mine does this from time to time. Take your key out and walk 15 or 20 ft. away from your bike. Return with the key and try to restart again. Mine did it this morning. Sometimes I just remove the key for 15 seconds and retry. If that fails, install a set of Seal Floorboards. You can then sit on your Spyder in comfort and contemplate the problem.
