• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Heading West

I am heading West from Toronto next week, July 4th, after our long weekend. The route planned is Toronto to Thunder Bay, ON then onto Melfort, SK and Calgary AB. Then through the Canadian Rockies to Abbotford BC and then North to Powell River, BC
Plans right now for the return Trip would be to head down to the USA and go east from Washington across the Northern Border states back to Detroit MI and then south to Windsor and home to Toronto.

It would be cool to meet up with some fellow SpyderLovers along the way. Anyone around the route?

Several SpyderLovers in Michigan. Some of us are bound to be near your path. Fiil us in with some route details and dates when you get closer, and we'll see if we can meet up.

We will be back in Mt Vernon,WA this coming Sunday. PM me when you get close and we can do what Spyderfolk do second best: EAT!

Kenora, ON

Well I am up in Kenora tonight. Great weather and beautiful scenery. Deer are everywhere, skies are Blue. I will have to take some pictures. LOL
Ryding from Kenora to Melfort SK tomorrow if all goes well. just over 1000km. Anyone in MB? want to meet up?

DO NOT GO TO BC WITHOUT SEEING JASPER! Take the tram, and look at the top of the world. I've been to just about every corner of the world, and that spot is in my top three. Then staying a bit north, and going through Whistler into Vancouver, is also a top ride.

Take the Ferry South to Port Angeles, and see the Olympic Peninsula, then cross over to Olympia, and head East through the Cascades National Park.

You can continue East and see Yellowstone, the Tetons, Mt Rushmore - then, personally, I would head back toward Canada, and the North side of the lakes.

JMHO.
