Leaving for Colorado Springs in the morning...NancysToy has already left there due to wildfires, so we're not sure how long we'll stay. Looks like the Manitou Springs area has already been reopened, so that was encouraging to hear. The West has certainly had problems with wildfires this year. We thought we'd be stuck in Mesa Verde yesterday by the Weber fire, which closed the highway to Durango for awhile. Luckily we didn't have to detour via New Mexico to get back to Durango.
Enjoyed seeing everyone in Durango. Had some wonderful rides, even if the temperatures were a little warmer than we were expecting. It was great talking with BRP folks about problems and fun times we've had in the two years we've been Spyder owners. We're already looking forward to the next event.
We're headed towards Spyders in the Redwoods...not sure exactly where we'll be over the next month or so till it starts. Wherever it is you can bet we'll be having fun.
Couldn't get Photobucket to cooperate with uploading a bunch of pics tonight...if you want to see more pics you may just need to "friend" me on FB since I've been posting pics daily there (no need to resize them like on here).
