I just wanted to take a minute to give a big thumbs up to Web Boards (one of the site sponsors). I purchased a set of the mini web boards for my 2014 RT SM6 about a month ago. The quality was supurb, and I was excited. I called up a friend, and we went about the install. Everything went just as instructed, except for the heel toe shifter. There seemed to not be enough room for movement between Reverse, and the upper gears. I concluded that I would need to grind about 1/4" from the rear of the bracket for the heel shifter (I had adjusted the linkage as much as possible). After that, everything was fine. Another friend of mine recently purchased a 2015 RT SM6 and loved mine so much that he wanted a set as well. He decided to wait until going to the spyder rally in Myrtle Beach.
Now jump ahead to tuesday (5/5/15). We meet the guys at the web boards trailer (great guys and girl btw) and my friend tells them about wanting to get a set of the mini boards. Unfortunately they are out of shifters and say they will get them to him asap. I talk to him about the slight issue that I had and we realize that the installs that he had done earlier that week were for the full boards. He walked out to the parking lot and saw my modification. After taking measurements and appologizing for the troubles, he gave me a t-shirt, and one of his new brake pedals (looks great by the way). He told my buddy that he would be looking into the shifter issues and correcting any problems before sending him his product out next week. That is what I call good customer service from someone who wants and appreciates your business. Sorry I don't remember the names of the 3 people I met at Myrtle Beach, but thanks again.
