• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Happy Fourth of July!

IndepenDay2.jpg

I've been watching on-the-street interviews of people who don't even know why we celebrate the 4th of July. Let's always say "Independence Day". proud.gif

This is the day we Declared our Independence not the Day we became independent. Remember "the home of the Free because of the

Brave".

God Bless everyone who has fought to keep us a Free Nation.

Thanks to all those who have served, including those on this board, those who have passed on and especially those who have not returned.

Thanks to the USA

We live in the greatest country on earth. I'm so very thankful that my grand parents had the foresight to leave Europe 2 centuries ago and come to the USA. They certainly would have been murdered there. They taught my parents well.
( both did serve in the military.) And my parents passed it on to me. Thanks Mon and Dad---Thanks to my Grands. Thanks to the USA.

Proud to have served.

We spent 7 hours walking 6 miles of the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton Ohio this past Sunday. As a retired USAF member, married to a retired USAF A/C Crew Chief, I gotta say it was one of our favorite museums and very much reminded us of all of the individuals and groups that sacrificed all to ensure the freedoms we do enjoy.

And I gotta say, Dayton sure does have a lot of museums and historical sites.

Happy Independence Day all!

Definitely worth the trip and the time. Have been there twice.

Wishing all a Happy 4th. The older I get the more, it seems, I reflect on how great a country we live in. I am so grateful for all the brave men and women who sacrificed to provide us with the opportunities we enjoy today and in the future.
