• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. GREAT RIDE YESTERDAY

A group of eight Spyders gathered yesterday in Highlands, NC for lunch and meet and greet. We had 6 RT's, 1 RS, and my ST-S. We had riders from Murphy, Old Fort, Concord, Franklin, and Asheville, NC, Crandall and Ellijay, GA, and Easley, SC. The weather was windy and chilly, but everyone was dressed for it. The food was great at Flipside Restaurant in Highlands and the conversation was lively. We found out that half of us are traveling to Spyderfest this year. Oh, and the Spyderlovers that were there were: Pickelhead, Stillkickin, JKMSPYDER, EllijaySpyder, Paul Brinker, and Spyd3r. Hope we can do this again, soon!VisitedStatesMap.jpeg

Great ryde

Thanks John for coordinating this meet and eat.
Met a lot of nice people. Highlands is a nice little town and the elevation of the restaraunt we ate at was 4000 ft high.
I know why they call it Highlands. Looking forward to our next get together

:2thumbs: I'm glad somebody got a good ride in. We were supposed to have a group ride on Friday and we got rained on instead. :sour:When it rains here you don't want to be riding unless you absolutely have to. Roads get slick as ice and people are wrecking everywhere.

Great..!!

nice to hear..glad ya'll still getting in some nice rydes...:nopic: Someday will get back to the east coast and enjoy that area...

Saw that. You folks made the national news. A few years back, my entry into Las Vegas was accompanied by a tornado over by the air base, and the strip flooded and loaded with stuck cars. It is amazing what a rain shower will do in the desert country.
