Well my right mirror just about fell off this afternoon. As I was driving down the road I'm watching it bounce with every bump. The top plastic clip broke. I'm leaving in the morning for Lake George, NY for Americade so I called our local dealer, Souhegan Valley Motorsports in Milford, NH where my wife bought her 2011 RT LTD, hoping that they would have one in stock. They didn't but would order 1 for me. When I told them I was leaving in the morning they told me to come over and they would take one off of an RT that they had on the floor. It gets better. They didn't have any 2012s left so they took one off of a 2013 RT and then we found out that the clips and posts are different on the 2013. At that point they took and swapped the post and clip for me and said they'll swap them back when the part comes in. I can now go for my ride tomorrow without worrying about my mirror falling off somewhere along the way. Definitely taking care of the customer first.
