• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gotta Have Tunes!!!

I just finished installing my sattelite radion kit from TSS Radio. I had a portable Stilletto 100 laying around and figured this was the easiest way to add tunes. I just put my earbuds on, plug into the unit and off I go!! Thanks to the Forum posts I was able to locate the accessory wires quickly and wired it up within minutes. Whole install took about 30 minutes. Thanks Gang!!

I have the same player. Where did you get the bracket? Can you explain how you did it? I would like to do the same as you. Thanks.

Go to www.tss-radio.com. Order the prof motorcycle install kit for stilletto 10/100. Cost $80.00. Install was fairly simple. The only issue I had was that the handle bar clamp that comes with it is too small. I took a U bolt and put some shrink tubing on it and used it instead.

Thanks! I just ordered the kit. How/where did you tap into for the power? Do you have have the 12v kit installed in your Spyder?

I do not have the adapter installed. I used the wires that go to the adapter and connected it their. If you pull the left panel off and look toward the front you will see the rubber boot that the adapter would fit into tie wrapped to the frame. I cut the tie wrap, cut the rubber boot off and connected hot (red) wire from the power box that comes with the set up to the purple/yellow wire and my ground (black) wire to the black wire. Then I tie wrapped the power box that came with the set up to my frame. You will get 2 wires to connect to the radio unit, use the 2 pin one to make your connection (this is the 5 volt) which works for the stiletto. I put the 3 amp fuse into the accesory slot, turned the key and Voila TUNES!!!! Its allot easier to do then it sounds. Keep in mind that there is a 30 second delay when you turn the key to the off position before the voltage shuts down. Let me know if you have any other questions....

I will have to figure something else out. My Spyder has the 12v outlet installed.
We have the outlet, too. To trigger my auxiliary fuse block, I just tapped into the 12V accessory wire with a suitcase connector. You could do the same.
