• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

There has been a lot of hype about poor service. I have found just the opposite. I have my new 2014 RT-S serviced at Blackman cycles in Emmaus, Pa.
I had it in for first service in preparation for a 1500 mile trip. Tech did a very complete service and checked everything. Even adjusted the tension on the drive belt. Upon completion of the work he even cleaned and wiped down the entire bike. He delivered it to me in the parking lot and explained all that he had done. Couldn't be more satisfied.
Love the bike after a rather frustrating learning curve.

one more for the plus side. Like most things here we don't hear much of the good ones like roadsters with no problems. Good to know of the good ones for those who travel may come to need assistance while on the road...thanks..!! :thumbup:

I firmly believe that more and more dealers are stepping up their service levels as they hear more about the significant sales results from the top service dealers across the country.

Been doing business with them since my first Honda over a decade ago. Agree with all you've said. Their lead Gold Wing tech is one of the best anywhere, and now they're achieving the same level of quality with their BRP tech's. Fair prices, good parts inventory, and quick ordering of anything they don't have.
