• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Front Shocks

Please pardon my ignorance and stupid question here. :opps:
If I want to make my ride stiffer, instead of swapping in the RT shocks, can't I adjust my stock RS shock to level 5 (hardest) instead?
Will I get "similar" effect, or does that still not come close to what the RT shocks can offer? :dontknow:

Thanks!

If you have a 2009 and can only do one $$$ would you do the 2010 shocks or the Evoluzione sway bar?:dontknow:
If it were me I would go for the shocks first, the bar didn't do it for me, it helped but not near as much as the shocks did.

It's about dampening, not stiffening. The stock RS shocks will not help you there.

Installed 2010 RT shocks on my 2008 GS. Very easy swap. First ride after install was not sure I did the right thing. After a few miles I lowered the spring tension and now I am a very happy rider. It made such a difference in handling. I make the :spyder2:feel like it is glued to the corners. Had the old shocks up to 5 setting which helped but the RT shocks I received from Dragonrider made such an improvement I would recommend the switch to everyone with the older GS models.
