• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ford

I've owned a few Fords, my first was a 1954 flathead v8 and my last was a Screaming Yellow Ranger. I like the fact that Ford is the company that did not take money from the taxpayers because of bad management decisions. I've owned a Triumph Spitfire, a Chevrolet El Camino, A full size Dodge van, three other Chevrolets and a Dakota Pickup along with a Volvo, before Ford bought them, and a Toyota Camry. My favorite ride is my :ani29:.nojoke

1953 was the last year for flathead V8's...1954 was the first year for the Y block OHV motors..The 1954's were the same ci 239, like the flat heads were but were all OHV motors...1955 had 272 & 292 and then in 1957 they had 312's...I owned many back then!!!

That reminds me of a story :D...
Rick Hendrick; the owner of four teams in NASCAR's Sprint Cup Division; thought that he could get some really good publicity, by opening up his garages, and iniviting some of Charlotte's inner-city youth, to Pit Crew tryouts.
After giving these kids a day's worth of instruction and training, they all went out to the practice area...
Jimmie Johnson brings his #48 to a sliding stop in the pit box, and his crew gives him four new tires and a full tank of fuel, in just under twelve seconds.
Now, it's the kids' turn...
Jeff Gordon brings the #24 to a stop, and in less than nine seconds...
They've got it up on blocks
it's been painted a different color
The radio has been removed
And they've sold Dale Earnhardt Jr two kilos of weed, and 75 naked pictures of Danica Patrick!
