• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FOBO TPMS Custom images

By the way. All these images I made long ago were scaled and sized to the same size as the STOCK FOBO images they used at the time (I ripped them from the .ipa file). So they broke the software.

Last thing... Can someone on Android tell me if this same problem exists? Per my above post about pinching to fit in the box?

Thanks,
Bob

Yea but if you look close, the image looks pudgy... e.g. length is reduced more than width.

Bob

i got mine to work. I ran the image thru Corel photo , saved background as square and no issues . Worked perfect , I also cleaned up a line that appeared on the edge .
Thanks Bob and others for all the pointers

It's a little different and specific on Android. It took me a bit to figure it out. You have to drag the cropping box itself to one of the bottom corners of the image FIRST and hold it, then grab the opposite top corner of the cropping box and stretch the "cropping box" to the max to outline the entire image but I was able to finally get it done and it looks fine. :banghead:

Cool thanks! That is the way it USE to work with Apple. Not anymore.
So if I change the images for Apple to square, now they may not work right on Android. :(

I have not heard back from FOBO yet about the Apple problem....

Well, I'll keep a copy of the originals that I can send anyone with an Android if you end up having to modify them for Apple users..... :doorag:
