• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have the FOBO ON MY 2015 rt limted the rear sensor will not light up, I change the battery reinstalled after eight seconds held the box on my phone for 5 seconds cleared the menory. does anyone have anything I havn't done. Do they sell just one sensor HELP

You can email them at [email protected]. They are very prompt at answering and will give you the necessary steps to try and reactivate the sensor. If it is in warranty they will replace it, if not you can by a single one.

I have had a similar issue a couple of times, J48, where I have put a new battery in and still nothing. What has worked for me (it may not be your problem though), is to remove the battery and press on the metal clamps holding it in. This seems to seat the battery more tightly, as these “clamps” loosen a bit when you remove and replace batteries.

Installing the sensor itself on to another vehicle that runs higher pressure than the spyder has worked for some. Leave it on there for a few mins and you should see it on the display on your phone. Once this happens move it back to the bike and if it is still "installed" (configured in the FOBO app for your byke) it should be working again...

I had 2 of them, 1 bike and one car failed to work after a battery change. I tried everything, Sameer agreed to replace but a month had elapsed and so I thought that I would re-try and install them just to double/triple check, WOW both worked. IMO they are a great item and if they do fail Customer service is great. BUT probably there is nothing wrong except God hates you for a few minutes.

After login, there is a gear in the upper right corner, "Send log" is at the bottom. It goes to their labs. You can pick to send it by email to yourself. I've only done it once and it wasn't much good as it's in metric and stuff that only makes sense to them.

Battery

Try another battery change ...
I was having problem with my 2017f3 and installing new. seems i had to replace one battery. then release from bike as it had at one time registered. then reinstalled. i have since traded rims with a friend for his all black ones as i have a matte black f3 and reinstalled all no problem, although one always seems to need a couple of tries. remember if you take off to adjust air you done need to do anything but put back on... the same wheels.
to save phone battery i sign out of app when not using..
love them.
