• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FANTASTIC SALE ON A HIGH PERFORMING TIRE !!!

BLUEKNIGHT911

Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
Right now, the Tire Rack has on closeout sale on their Stock of the Pirelli P4 Four Seasons PLUS in 215/60-15 for $62.70 each ...... plus shipping = $ 75.00 ( to me anyway )..... I have been looking at this tire as my next rear tire and I just saved $28.00 from the best internet price I have seen in the past 4 months ..... It is a 2013 production tire but the actual date of manufacture is between then and 2016...... Mike

..... Well my reason for picking this particular tire was it's very high rating ....the price just caused me to push the buy button , It's a bit better than the Michelin Premier & the Altimax ( T version & V & H as well ) ...... Anyone who needs a tire NOW or soon should look at the Pirelli ....and it's the PLUS version that's the better of them ............. Mike

Thanks a bunch for the info. I am no where near ready for a rear tire but tires don't deteriate if stored properly so may pick one up.

This is an insanely stupid question but since I haven't gotten that far in my research I will ask anyway. I know the size is correct but this is not for a particular model right?

If put on an RS/RSS or GS I would put small shim between the fender and the bracket that holds it to the frame and make sure the wires are secure ( normal type stuff ).... I have read here that F-3 owners have put this size tire on without any isues ..... But you have me thinking so I'll check the circumference and if it's NOT OK I'll get back on this and add it to my orig. post as a warning.......... The P4 is only a .... HAIR .... larger I would NOT worry for any Spyder ......... Mike
