• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Here are some pics from the Cherohala Skyway that I went ryding on last week.
The second pic is of a poor Harley-Dude that must have been enjoying the scenery a little too much instead of watching where he was going. He was banged up but I think he survived.

Cherohala now

Rode the Cherohala day before yesterday. Lower elevations are peaking. Above 4500 feet is naked of leaves. Driving rain (no pun intended) at the moment --- 0900 on 10/19 --- will further reduce foilage. Lot of lane-wanderers in four-wheelers. Gotta be extra watchful. Headed up 441 through Great Smoky Mountains National Park on Monday. Elevations are up to 6600 feet so don't expect any color at all.

Thanks for the pics. I'll try to post some later today.

Great pictures. I love the variety of colors. Here its mostly yellow because of the types of trees. I have to go mountain climbing to the alpine tundra and taiga forest (land of little trees) to find reds and oranges.
