• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

1330cc Factory maintenance schedule for 2014 RTL

Does anyone have a link to a downloadable PDF for the factory recommended maintenance schedule for a 2014 RTL. I've done an internet search and I've searched the forum using criteria that made sense to me but all I can find is the Oil Change schedule (3,000 miles, 12,000 miles, 21,000 miles etc). I'm coming up on 21k miles and it seems to me there are some other maintenance items I need to think about doing or scheduling to have done.

Thanks.

Go to BRP's Web page and download the owner manual for the 2014 RT. Maintenance schedule starts on page 120.

I did that and for some reason it wouldn't download. Might be some security thing with my new laptop, but it says the file is too large ... I was hoping to get just the pages I needed.

I have the service manual on DVD, but my new laptop lacks a DVD player ....:banghead:

Pete, check the operator's guide for the '16 or '17 RT and you will see that BRP has stretched the fuel filter replacement schedule from 19K to 28K I asked BRP Care to confirm that change and they told me to ask my dealer. If you look at the part numbers they are all the same and my dealer's service manager said to go ahead and use the longer interval. I don't know if there was a tech bulletin about it.
