F3T and F3Limited mirror fix! The Wedgie!

Two more sets in the mail today. There are only two kinds of F3T/L out there: The ones who have Wedgies, and the ones who need Wedgies! I’m surprised at the winter sales. I hope to keep up!!
Joe,
Finally got to put a few miles on yesterday. Mirrors were just flawless. Thanks to your video, I learned how the mirrors are mounted and was able to fix another problem with the left mirror. Great product, well worth every penny.

Mike

Thank you for the kind words. Sending a set to Australia tomorrow, along with a set to Texas. We will have some with us in the Bayou, as well. Glad they help.

I got my first real ride in yesterday after a long winter. Mirrors are still rock solid after being wedgiefied last fall.

Cool! Like a rock!! We do love the feedback.
“Wedgiefied”! A new verb! LOL!

35 and snowing in Minneapolis this afternoon, but got out for a HOT 38 mile run up to a couple of zero's.
WEDGIES did the trick, ROCK SOLID Vibration free mirrors. Well worth the cost!

A BIG THANK YOU! to Anne and Joe

Wow! We are getting wedgie orders every day! We appreciate everyone’s patience; we are rolling to the Spyders on the Bayou. We will find a post office and get this next bunch in the mail. Thank you for your orders.
Cheers! Joe

Arrived after the post office closed. Orders will go out tomorrow. Sold 3 sets as soon as we arrived in Houma! Beautiful day!
Great people. Come on down!

Got the wedgies out here within a week, Joe......many thanks......
What a clever, simple fix (of course, you had to have the engineering knowhow to find the actual root cause in the first place). 5 minute instruction read, 10 minute install, and rock solid.
As someone who has applied two “fixes”, and had them start to fail in 6 months, I can only say - get onto Joe and Ann’s wedges if you want to fix your F3 vibrating mirrors. They may be simple (the wedgies, not Joe and Ann :D ), but their value to me is way more than what I consider a cheap asking price.....and it’s a quick installation :2thumbs:

I just got my wedgies today but I am a little confused on the instructions. Is the face that is marked top suppose to be on the top so the wide side would be top and bottom? Do you feed it from the side of the dash toward the mirror. I can't get it in even pushing fairly hard on the mirror. It slides in fairly easy the other way with the short sides top and bottom. I emailed Joe for the video but I don't want to interfere with his rally trip.

Thanks

Dave, imagine you are sitting on the F3 looking at the left mirror with your hand on the bar. The black end of the wedge is facing you. The side with “top” written on it, should be vertical. I.e. the narrowest face should be on the top, with no writing on it. You then push gently down on the outer side of the mirror housing to give a bit of leeway, and slide the block in from the direction of the handlebars until it is flush with the edge of the housing. It’s a bit of a tight fit, but you don’t have to push too hard...... hope that makes some sense.

Thanks Pete

That is the only way I could get it in there but the instructions had me confused with the writing saying top. I was just out there and slid both sides in and came back in to see if anyone replied.
I really appreciate. I just wanted to make sure before I put it back together.

Thanks again
Dave

Top goes up. Wedgies are wider than they are tall. I did several sets today at the rally. Push just a bit more. They will go in! Joe
