• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. F3T and F3Limited mirror fix! The Wedgie!

PM sent.
I’m never done! No worries. We stay busy. Busy is good. We depart for Spyderfest in 13 days. SpyderAnn needs a rear tire. We are doing hers and 4 others, a couple of oil changes, a swaybar, alignments, teach two 3 day MSF classes, and some other stuff. Like make more Wedgies!!

I just picked up my F3L on Saturday and while I was only able to put 20 miles on it before it snowed all day on Sunday (timing) I noticed that every few miles it seemed as though my mirrors had moved, looking forward to your fix!!

That sounds more like your lock nut on the back of the mirrors needs tightening, Chicago. It is spring loaded. But since your whole mirror/indicator assembly will undoubtedly start vibrating soon, your best bet would be to buy a pair of wedgies, and tighten your mirror lock nut as part of the wedgie install process........kill two birds with one stone :2thumbs:

On the way!
We spent the morning making some high quality plastic sawdust! Even better, all my fingers are still attached! Cut out over one hundred pairs. The paint department (Ann) will blacken an end, and will print out more instructions. Ready for Spyderfest, or, anyone with an F3T or F3Limited. If you have one, you need a Wedgie!! Joe

With the help of the install video, I put the wedgies in my '19 F3 Limited. On the ride in to work this morning, the mirrors were very solid, & stable. Thanks go out to both Joe & Ann for all of their help & patience.

Fantastic! I thought we had done a ‘19, but could not remember. So glad it fit! Please excuse our terrible video. We are glad it helps. We will have plenty for Spyderfest. Thanks again! Joe

Off to the post office, getting another set out today! Come on, spring! As more Spyders get out and about, more people will need a Wedgie. BRP has not changed anything. Go figure!

has anyone come up with getting the mirrors to give a better view, ie something applied to mirror itself?
Blind spots not cool
I find that adjusting my mirrors outward to the max gives me the view I want; looking into the adjacent lanes. That way, if I need to make a quick evasive maneuver, or just a lane change, a quick mirror check tells me if that lane is clear or not. To see directly behind, I move my head a bit.

Hey Joe! Where do I go to see your Wedgie video?

I was on a ride today with the SOAR (Spyder owners and riders) group. I was telling the owners of the F3L's that were there about your Wedgie's. One didn't even know about Spyder Lovers forum.

Video instructions are included with Wedgies. No worries! Of course, I’m available to help; call me! Joe

I test drove a 2017 F3L yesterday and the mirror shake was terrible. I definitely will be getting a wedgie when I purchase my limited.

Yup! I was at another dealer today & they had a brand new unit on the floor & the mirror was almost falling off.

just got a wedgie!!!! don't think I've had one since jr high and had forgotten how good they felt! Joe and Ann and Shadow their new pup installed them in no time flat and of course they work as advertised. Thank you.
