1330cc F3 with chattering noise on right side - what is it?

I have a noise on my f3 limited. it sounds like a bicycle that we used to put playing cards to hit the spokes. I have less than 600 miles on it. it is very annoying. the dealer can not duplicate the concern.

You should jack up the front end and spin the wheels, see if you can hear anything like the wheel hitting something like the caliper, you may have to remove the wheels to look for any marks inside the wheels and then the front fenders rubbing on the tire.
