• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Doing an Oil change - change filter too?

I would....

for the cost I would and do always change the filter with the oil change. You don't have to some say every other change but then you need to make sure when that was...best just do them both. On the newer model 1330 engine the trans filter on the semi auto is only changed every 28,000 miles...

Always a good idea to do the filter with an oil change. I would not want the "dirty" oil to contaminate the newer oil. Might as well get it going with as much "clean" oil as possible.

:agree:, I've always have changed the oil filter with an oil change, car or motorcycle. Dale

Always Always Always

Never, never ever change oil without changing the filter. Why mix old oil and contaminants with new oil?
