Well, I have had my spyder on the road for 3 months since I had my module replaced, and all is well so far.
But on another note, just 2 weeks ago my daughter (who is home from college) was about to head out on her 2002 nissan maxima. This is a car that I bought new for my wife, and passed it down to my daughter when she got her license. Well it would not start. Starter turned, but nothing. After $989, found out the security module in the ignition had gone bad:banghead:. Had to have it replaced, and all 3 keys reprogrammed. I found out that this is not an uncommon problem for cars also.
