Cold Day

Well, this morning it was sunny and clear 25°F. A heavy frost on the truck. Had a few errands to do and some food to get. Weather People are saying that we will have cold temperatures all week. Also a good chance of getting a little of the 'white stuff'. Time will tell.

Today's high 32°F with clouds, low of 23°.

Valley Springs AR: sounds like we have similar weather. 25 for starters, with a high of 34. A chance of more snow. Next couple days, a warm up of sorts to 40/50's. About half the snow melted since yesterday, but I do not anticipate that today. Our yard and area are about half snow covered. Hope to be riding again by the weekend. :bbq:

We still don't have any snow on the ground! ( off topic the sled trails open up this week). Back on topic: the weather has been unusually warm here in the North East!

Snow Day

Welcome to a great Snow Day. We have an inch of snow on the ground. This is our first snow for the season. Morning temperature is a cold 25°F.

Today only 34°F with clouds, low 27°F.

Valley Springs AR: Supposed to have a high of 36 today. Then, a warm up back to high 40's/ low 50's.

At the moment, no more snow, and what we have is already about half melted. The roads around here are all snow and ice free. :yes:

After a few days of nice 55* to 60*, we slid down to 32* with a little rain, sleet, and freezing rain. Good day to stay inside.

In Vermont we are expecting our first Winter Storm of the Season! The southern part of Vermont they are expecting a 12 inches of snow or more! In the Central part of Vermont they are forecasting 3- 6 inches of snow. In the Northern part of Vermont we will get nothing!


This morning it was cold, 12 degrees, cloudy.

Second Snow Day

We received about 2" of snow so far. Weather People are saying that more will be on the way.

High today only 32°F and cloudy, 19°F.

The desert S.W. is experiencing seasonally typical weather. The lows at night are in the 40s and daytime highs in the mid 60s. We are expecting it to warm a bit this weekend. Probably getting into the low 70s. No rain is forecast. It looks like we will set a record this year for the fewest days of measurable precipitation. The official reporting station is at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport where they have recorded only 15 days this year with measurable rain. This has sure been an unusual year in a lot of ways. Thinking of all of you in the snowy N.E.. Stay safe and warm..... Jim

Here in Vermont ( southern part) they got about 40 inches of snow in one dumping.

The farther north you went got hardly anything.

Friday

Cold temperatures are staying in Indiana. This morning it was 23°F with fog. Still have some snow on the ground.

Nothing like that N.E. Snow yesterday. I hope everyone is doing well out that way. Post updates about your Local Weather.

The southern part of Vermont from Rutland south ward got slammed with snow( up to 3- to 4 feet ).

Weekend Weather

Chilly start this morning at 36°F with lite rain. This will make the last of the snow disappear. The yard is very wet and soggy.

Today's high going to 39°F and some rain. Low of 32°F. Black Ice tonight and on Sunday.
Sunday 37°F and cloudy, low of 30°F.

Valley Springs AR: one more cloudy, chilly, mid 40's day. Then three days of partly sunny to sunny and mid 50's/60's. Looks like a Christmas ride will be in the offing. :yes:

Nothing but blue sky here in the desert. Wind at 2 MPH. High of 65 today and 70 tomorrow. We whined and sweated through the hottest summer on record but the weather this time of year makes it worthwhile. Four of my riding buddies and I came down with COVID towards the end of November. We have all been self isolating since then. Now, we are all back to 100% and our isolation ends tomorrow. Looking forward to getting together and having my knees in the wind again. Living alone in isolation for the better part of a month really sucks..... Jim
