Cold and dreary day to start the week. Morning temperature was 29°F. Sunday was nice at 52°F with some sun.

Today a high of 32°F, low of 22°F.

Tuesday

Sunny and 25°F this morning. Going to do some errands and food shopping today.

Weather People are saying that we will have a winter storm coming tonight and tomorrow. Ice, snow and rain are all on the way.

High of 34°F with some sun and low of 32°F.

The desert S.W. did not get much of the big cool down that was anticipated. Five days ago the forecast for Wednesday (tomorrow) was for a high of 56 and 70% chance of rain. That has changed. Now the temperature is expected to be 65 and the chance of rain is 2%. Wednesdays are one of the days for our group rides. We thought it might have to be cancelled this week. But it's back on the calendar. Hopefully this winter storm continues to weaken as it travels east..... Jim

Today,


It was very chilly, and tonight it is supposed to be clear, cold until midnight, but after that the temps are supposed to warm up.


On Thursday they are forecasting a messy storm. The storm will be in 2 parts. Thursday snow, sleet freezing rain, then turn to all rain!
Friday rain!

Wednesday

Rain and 37°F this morning. No Ice and no snow till maybe late tonight. I hope the snow goes to a place where it will be wonderful.

Today 46°F and all day rain. Lows are 23° F.

Valley Springs AR: Fog and fifties for starters today. It rained most of the night. Supposed to turn cold about 4:00 PM. The "s" word has been mentioned again. Time will tell. :bbq:

Last Day of December

Got 1/2 " of Rain and 1" of Snow yesterday. This morning it was 25°F and overcast.

Weather People are saying that we will have some freezing rain and more snow tonight. I hope they are wrong.

High today only 32°F, low of 27°F. ....... :thumbup:

While over here in the Wonderful Land of Oz, the weather is heating up!! Heading into the mid to high 30's (°C) in the coming weeks, altho due to La Nina & the Southern Annular Mode we are still being warned to expect more wild weather, floods, and cyclones than has been usual of late - but at least it means the drought has broken for most of the Country! hyea:

And on that note, we've reached the end of December 2020, so there'll be a new January Weather News thread starting up for the New Year very shortly! Have a Great one everybody, catch y'all next year! :thumbup:
