When I have these kinds of issues in the steering I usually blame the mini bar... :joke:
UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm really impressed with how fast this is getting addressed by both my dealer and BRP since I just dropped it off yesterday afternoon !!!!!!!! My dealer just called and said BRP wants them to replace the DPS since all above other suggestions looked good with a visual inspection. The DPS is ordered and it should be at my dealer mid next week.
BRP said just replace the DPS at no charge to me and they will cover all expenses. Keep in mind I have a 2008 (mfg warranty ended years ago),and do not have best warranty (I have a aftermarket one).
IMO...... BRP is technically not responsible for this since they already replaced it once for the recall over 10k miles ago. BRP could have easily said to go through my aftermarket warranty, but are not. They want the DPS sent back so they can take a closer look at it to find the cause.
We have heard stories before about how bad BRP is and I also have to admit I have been hard on them in the past for a few things, but this is not one of those times. I honestly feel BRP is stepping up and going above and beyond thier obligations on this one.

Grabbed your front fender struts and see if it moves back and forth and if so it's a good chance it's your a arm bushings.
